Everything about how your card gets made, how it travels, and what we do if something isn't right when it lands.
N°01 Production time
We print and hand-finish every card to order. Most cards enter production the next working day and are posted within one to two working days of ordering. Around the busiest times of year — the run-up to Christmas, Valentine's — please allow a couple of extra days.
N°02 Postage & delivery
Cards are sent by standard post, and postage is included in the price you see at checkout. Once yours is on its way we'll let you know, and again the moment it's scanned.
- UK — 3–5 working days from posting.
- Europe — 5–10 working days.
- Rest of world — 10–15 working days.
These are estimates from the postal networks and aren't guaranteed. The digital bite stays watchable at its link straight away, even while the physical card is still travelling.
N°03 Refunds & cancellations
Because each card is personalised and printed just for you, we can't refund one once it has gone to print. You can cancel for a full refund any time before printing starts — email us quickly and we'll do our best to catch it. Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
N°04 Damaged or missing cards
If your card arrives damaged, or hasn't turned up 10 working days after the UK estimate (20 for international), tell us within 30 days of posting. Send a photo if it's damaged and we'll reprint and repost it free of charge, or refund you — your choice.
