These terms cover using Nemi and ordering cards. By using the app or this site, you agree to them.
N°01 Using Nemi
You need to be 16 or older to buy a card. Keep your account details secure — you're responsible for activity that happens under your account.
N°02 Your content
You keep ownership of the photos, videos and messages you upload. You grant us a limited licence to reproduce, print, store and display that content solely to produce your card, host the watch page and run the service. By uploading, you confirm that:
- you have the right to use and share the content;
- you have consent from anyone who appears in it; and
- it doesn't break the rules in section three.
N°03 What's not allowed
Don't upload or send content that is unlawful, infringes someone's rights, or is hateful, harassing, deceptive, or sexual involving minors. Don't use Nemi to send unsolicited or misleading mail. We may refuse, cancel or remove any order or content that breaks these rules, and we may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
N°04 Orders, pricing & payment
Prices are shown at checkout in GBP and include postage unless stated otherwise. We take payment when you place your order, through our payment provider. If we can't fulfil an order, we'll cancel it and refund you. We may correct obvious pricing errors before a card is printed.
N°05 Cancellations & refunds
Cards are personalised and made to order. You can cancel for a full refund before printing begins; once a card has gone to print it can't be cancelled or refunded, except where it arrives faulty or damaged. See our Delivery & returns page for how we handle damaged or missing cards. None of this affects your statutory rights.
N°06 Availability & liability
Nemi is offered "as is" while we're getting started. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and features may change. We aren't liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We don't exclude liability where the law doesn't allow us to.
N°07 Changes & contact
We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a fresh date. These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales. Questions? Email elliott@nemicards.com.
